The Sands B&B offers one deluxe double room and one deluxe twin room.
Both
rooms are en-suite and boast spectacular views of Kilbroney Forest
Park and the Mourne and Cooley Mountains split by Carlingford Lough.
Our double room has a small Juliet balcony and is perfect for a romantic weekend.
Our twin room has two single beds which can be placed side by side.
Both rooms have satellite TV, hairdryer, kettle for tea/coffee and wireless internet access.
We are committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy their stay with us.

Check-in
Local guests may check-in from 4pm to 8pm.
Guests traveling from overseas can arrange a suitable check-in time when their travel plans are confirmed.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings of 7 nights or more will require a 20% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
For other bookings, cancel without charge up to 7 days before check in.
We reserve the right to charge cards within four days of check in date. If your card is declined you will be contacted and asked to provide an alternative card.
Some non-UK banks have restrictions on "customer not present" transactions for customers traveling overseas.
We regret that we do not accept cheques in payment or American Express.
