The Sands B&B offers one deluxe double room and one deluxe twin room.
Both
rooms are en-suite and boast spectacular views of Kilbroney Forest
Park and the Mourne and Cooley Mountains split by Carlingford Lough.
Our double room has a small Juliet balcony and is perfect for a romantic weekend.
Our twin room has two single beds which can be placed side by side.
Both rooms have satellite TV, hairdryer, kettle for tea/coffee and wireless internet access.
We are committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy their stay with us.

Single Discounts
There is a £10 discount for single occupancy, so the price displayed when single occupancy is chosen will be £70.
We reserve the right to allocate either of our two comfortable rooms to the solo traveler according to demand.
Check-in
Local guests may check in from 4.00 p.m.to 8.00 p.m.
Guests travelling from overseas can arrange a suitable check in time when their travel plans are confirmed.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Credit or debit card details will be required to confirm booking.
Cancel without charge up to five days before check in.
We reserve the right to charge cards within four days of check in date. If your card is declined you will be contacted and asked to provide an alternative card.
Some non-UK banks have restrictions on "customer not present" transactions for customers traveling overseas.
We regret that we do not accept cheques in payment or American Express.
